Requirements
Passion for the digitalising of the logistics industry;
Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
Organisational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organised;
Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
Preferably a background in customer support and/or logistics;
Native language level of Estonian and fluency in Russian

Responsibilities
Work closely with new customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
Give support and train the management and the drivers of the transportation companies;
Measure customer satisfaction and give feedback to the product team to help build the most convenient UX;
Give support and map out potential automation points;
