We are looking to join forces with a Customer Support Specialist, who will be the key person responsible for giving the best customer support to our clients and integrating Waybiller into their daily work.

Requirements

  • Passion for the digitalising of the logistics industry;

  • Strong communication skills and technical know-how;

  • Organisational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organised;

  • Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;

  • Preferably a background in customer support and/or logistics;

  • Native language level of Estonian and fluency in Russian

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;

  • Give support and train the management and the drivers of the transportation companies;

  • Measure customer satisfaction and give feedback to the product team to help build the most convenient UX;

  • Give support and map out potential automation points;
