Responsibilities

• Leading the engineering team to improve innovation, speed of delivery, business responsiveness and creative efficiency;

• Hands-on digital product development (Python, Django, REST, React.js, SQL and Docker);

• Creating and implementing technological strategies;

• Creating and overseeing high-level KPIs

• Growing best practices within the development team.
